Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 to 5 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags or seals intact.
  • A clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
  • Certain items, such as final sale, perishable, or personalized products, are non-returnable. Please check product details for exceptions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support at [support@worthmedicine.com] with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and attach the required video recording of the package being opened.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a shipping label if eligible.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back using the provided label.
  4. Items sent back without prior approval or without the required video evidence will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, inspected, and the video verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you prefer, you may opt for store credit or an exchange for another product.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
