Return & Exchange Eligibility

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags or seals intact.
- A clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
- Certain items, such as final sale, perishable, or personalized products, are non-returnable. Please check product details for exceptions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support at [support@worthmedicine.com] with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and attach the required video recording of the package being opened.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a shipping label if eligible.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using the provided label.
- Items sent back without prior approval or without the required video evidence will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received, inspected, and the video verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you prefer, you may opt for store credit or an exchange for another product.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
- For other returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.
